Last week my husband had a back operation, a lumbar discectomy, after a large prolapsed disc. He is making good recovery and is now eight days post-op.
It was wonderful to experience the professionalism in hospital.
Each of the team members from the Surgeons, to the nurses, the catering staff and the cleaners not only completed their own roles but they all worked together as a team.
You may be working on your own and have a practice in your home, or you may be a mobile therapist or have a small clinic.
It can be lonely at times being your own boss.
I am a solo practitioner and have a busy clinic at home, which I have run for the past 10 years.
I have made it my mission to build up a network with other professionals, so I have a selection of therapists who I can refer to and of course they can refer to me.
That way I never feel like I’m working on my own. I feel that I’m working within a team of therapists even though we all standalone and run our own businesses.
Have a look around and see if you can connect with some of the local therapists. It makes a massive difference to your business.
You can work together, giving help and support to each other, building your business with a lovely feeling of belonging.
If you would like to find out how I have done this in my business, then please click on the link below.
As we are still in the launch phase, for the next seven days I am offering a buy one, gift one offer. So if you buy one product yourself you can gift a second copy of the product to a therapist of your choice.
This way you can work together to build your business quickly, effectively with very minimal cost.
