The client that sings your praises is knows as a ‘raving fan’ in the business world!
The theory goes that you do not need many raving – or super fans – to build your business as they will spread the news of your expertise more effectively than any advertising campaign.
I want you to think about your clients. Are any of them raving, or super fans, of your work?
Having raving fans is an important part of my philosophy of building a successful, highly profitable therapy business.
