Spring cleaning is certainly in vogue at the moment – and not just because it’s that time of year!

We are all being encouraged to take stock of our homes and to clean out our clutter in the style of Marie Kondo.

The Japanese tidiness guru says a well-ordered house can improve relationships. Well, I am not a home-making expert but I certainly believe that having a spring clean of your business can improve your productivity and your profits.

As therapists it is vital we stay up to date with the latest research in our specialty, be it physiotherapy, sports fitness or complementary treatments.
